On this episode of Mental Maintenance, Denise & Jordan discuss the trials and tribulations of being Alaskans. They reached out to listeners to provide their insights and got so many answers that the whole episode involves M&M feedback and the girls discuss most of the responses. They start off talking about the hardest things about living in Alaska including the cold, dark Winters. Next, they discuss seasonal depression and what people do to combat that.
