Bullying - Kind Lips, Hurtful Words & A Positive Impact

On this episode of Mental Maintenance, Denise and Jordan talk with Josh Neumann , the founder of Kind Lips, about how he decided to start his company, why he was drawn to lip balm and what motivated him to give 20% of their profits to end bullying. Josh remembers what it was like to quit his successful real estate career making everyone think he was crazy and how a bizarre phone call with his Mom confirmed that he was on the correct path. Afterwards, Denise and Jordan discuss bullying and the effects that it's had on them throughout their lives including current day with their young children. They also take a moment to read a few anonymous listener experiences one of which brings up the fact that we all need to lean on our close personal network of friends and family because that's what they're there for.
